About the role

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Verified analysts can immediately begin earning income and working on live transactions across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Transaction Assurance Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
  • Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical work
  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators by reviewing and assuring transaction integrity
  • Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Transaction Assurance Analyst

  • Rating Score: 90–100
  • Pay: $150–200/hour
  • Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or risk/assurance professionals with 5+ years of experience

Lead Transaction Assurance Analyst

  • Rating Score: 80–89
  • Pay: $100–150/hour
  • Typical Background: Finance or assurance professionals with 3–5 years of deal review, modeling, or risk assessment experience

Transaction Assurance Analyst / Associate

  • Rating Score: 60–79
  • Pay: $50–100/hour
  • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical, analytical, or diligence skills

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Transaction Assurance Analysts may be engaged for:

Transaction Review & Assurance

  • Verify financial and operational accuracy of live private capital transactions
  • Assess compliance with deal terms, reporting standards, and internal controls
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risk exposures before final approvals
  • Provide actionable insights to investors, fund managers, and operators

Due Diligence & Risk Support

  • Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) and operational diligence reviews
  • Evaluate deal documentation, financial models, and governance structures
  • Support risk mitigation and transaction validation efforts

Reporting & Analytical Support

  • Prepare summaries, dashboards, and assurance reports for decision-making
  • Track issue resolution and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Assist in building standardized assurance processes across deals

Note: Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

  • Complete the Transaction Assurance Certification Assessment or approved training
  • Receive category-specific approvals (Assurance, Risk Assessment, Due Diligence)
  • Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
  • Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

  • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
  • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
  • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

  • Visibility on the platform
  • Approved work categories
  • Recommended hourly rates

Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in transaction assurance.

Compensation & Deal Terms

  • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
  • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, compliance, or performance issues

Compliance Notice

Transaction Assurance Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice
  • Solicit or sell securities
  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or fiduciary capacity

All work is strictly limited to analytical, assurance, diligence, and support functions, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Why Join Initio Sphere

  • Immediate earning potential once verified
  • Exposure to real private capital deals, not simulations
  • Platform-driven credibility with investors and deal sponsors
  • Long-term upside through deal exposure and network growth
  • A single ecosystem for career, capital, and opportunity
