• Manage candidate journey from screening to offer
• Assess and filter candidates with empathy and clarity
• Prepare compelling candidate presentations for hospitals
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Build strong, human‑centered relationships with candidates

Requirements

• 5+ years client‑facing roles experience
• Background in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in startups or small businesses
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized and proactive in candidate management
