What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to support a major European retail transformation program based in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in large-scale SAP-enabled transformation environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex end-to-end process design. You’ll work across retail, merchandising, planning, supply chain, finance, sourcing, and master data to help define future ways of working and establish enterprise-wide process governance. We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile transformation program with significant executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate decision making and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, process ownership, and documentation standards
• Partner with senior leaders, SMEs, system integrators, and transformation teams to drive execution
• Lead end-to-end process governance and future-state process design across multiple business functions
• Drive process standardisation aligned to SAP S/4HANA and industry best practice
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers across the process landscape and proactively drive resolution

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading enterprise-wide process transformation programs
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA enabled business transformation
• Experience within fashion, retail, omnichannel, or consumer industries preferred
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience with process modelling and governance tools such as Signavio
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
