Aspen RH is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in the European healthcare sector, an IT/Digital Transformation Project Manager.

Reporting to the IT Department and as part of a team of 3 collaborators, you will be responsible for managing innovation and transformation projects (digitalization, patient journey improvement, process optimization, etc.) within the group.

Responsibilities

Project Management and Portfolio Management

• Create, structure, and manage projects within your scope;
• Coordinate a portfolio of innovative projects in line with the group's strategic priorities;
• Ensure value creation monitoring and reporting to General Management and stakeholders;

Methodology and Support

• Provide methodological support to sponsors and project managers (KPIs, value measurement, reporting);
• Support business teams in project management and change management (training, communication, tool adoption);

Management of Innovative Projects

• Occasionally manage large-scale national PoCs (Proof of Concept) and pilot projects;
• Mobilize necessary resources and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets;
• Define and monitor performance indicators;
• Produce experiment reports and recommend the deployment of high-value solutions;

Industrialization and Deployment

• Support the operational implementation of validated projects;
• Ensure the scaling of initiatives (industrialization mode);

Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing

• Regularly liaise with innovation and transformation teams in France and internationally;
• Promote the sharing of experiences and the dissemination of best practices;

Qualifications

• Master's degree (engineering, science, or healthcare organization management);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management;
• Experience in change management and cross-functional coordination;
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector or public health issues is a plus;
• International experience is appreciated;
• Fluent English required;
