Purpose
The Transformation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned Value Creation Plan (VCP) initiatives, acting as the day-to-day project owner for execution.
The role directly plans, drives, and delivers transformation projects on behalf of functional sponsors, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, on scope, and with measurable impact, in line with Group transformation standards. The Transformation Manager is able to understand business topics and become the source of business suggestions and transformational approaches. He/She will become the thought partner of the functional team as regard to transformation projects. The TM may work on different topics such as: pricing, procurement, market study, lean, M&A.
While functional leaders remain accountable for business outcomes, the Transformation Manager is accountable for project delivery and execution discipline.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: CTO
- The TM is part of a team that provides transformation consulting support to ENVEA functions (Production, Marketing, R&D, Purchases, Sales…).
Duties
The Transformation Project Manager operates as a hands‑on project leader, with direct responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives.
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned VCP initiatives, from project launch through implementation and follow‑up
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive day‑to‑day execution, follow‑up actions, and ensure commitments are delivered
Planning, Execution & Control
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks
- Actively manage scope, priorities, and sequencing to ensure delivery against objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery
Governance, Reporting & Escalation
- Ensure full compliance with VCP and PMO governance standards
- Produce accurate, timely project status reporting (progress, risks, KPIs, value)
- Escalate deviations and decision needs proactively, with clear options and recommendations
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead cross‑functional project teams without direct line authority
- Challenge stakeholders constructively to ensure commitments are met
- Facilitate workshops, decision meetings, and working sessions as required
- Manage external consultants when applicable and coordinate with them
Value Creation & Impact Tracking
- Translate value hypotheses into concrete actions and deliverables
- Track delivery against value drivers, milestones, and KPIs
- Report against Lead and Lag KPIs
Change Implementation
- Drive implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working
- Ensure solutions are adopted and embedded in operations
- Support handover to line organization post‑project completion
Reporting
- Ensure weekly reporting is made to stakeholders to keep track of project progress
- Produce and report monthly to the Board and CEO
- Support the CTO / CEO reporting to shareholders

Person Specification
- Strong experience as a hands‑on project manager or transformation manager
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross‑functional projects end to end
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive results without direct authority
- Excellent structuring, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders
- High level of rigor, autonomy, and ownership
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles, with direct accountability for end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives in industrial, B2B, or multi‑site environments either in a management consulting firm or as an internal consultant
- Hands‑on experience driving process improvement, cost reduction, performance improvement, or growth initiatives
- Experience working in matrix organizations, delivering results without direct line authority
- Exposure to value creation programs, transformation offices, or consulting environments is a strong advantage.
