The Transformation Manager is a key delivery role responsible for driving a large-scale business transformation in Nigeria, ensuring execution at pace and measurable results.

Embedded within the Transformation PMO, the role leads cross-functional initiatives and coordinates delivery across business units and functions.

The role ensures strong governance, clear accountability, and alignment with the overall transformation agenda.

Acting as the primary country-level interface. They monitor progress, manage risks, and keep workstreams on track to deliver impact.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, the role provides visibility and insights to support effective transformation management at Group level • *Key Competencies**

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

· Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

· Certification in program e or change management or a related discipline is an advantage

· Minimum of 12 years total work experience with 8-10 years of progressive experience in transformation, program management, strategy, consulting or a change management.

· Proven track record in developing and implementing transformation governance frameworks and delivery roadmaps.

· Knowledge of the Nigerian business environment is a strong advantage

· Experience in a multi sector or diversified group environment is a plus.
