Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transitions of advisors to corporate advisory programs
• Implement tailored transition plans for diverse advisor needs
• Drive process improvements based on advisor feedback
• Ensure the alignment of infrastructure, hardware, and branding
• Communicate regularly with stakeholder leadership on transition status

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of management experience in financial services
• Proven track record in managing change processes
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Hands-on troubleshooting expertise during transitions
• In-depth knowledge of investment platforms and products
