Drive transportation project success as a Project Delivery Leader. Oversee design management and ensure quality in execution for large and mid-size construction projects throughout Canada. The successful candidate will manage technical staff, develop project scopes, and maintain client relationships. You’ll lead initiatives to elevate project delivery while aligning with operational and safety standards. Your role will include coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and representing the design team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the successful execution of major transportation projects
• Establish and maintain project objectives and quality standards
• Lead design and quality management on APD projects
• Manage contract tasks and supervise project costs
• Foster partnerships to support project pursuits

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in transportation project management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering needed
• P.E. license required within 6 months
• Significant experience with APD projects
• Business development and mentoring experience required
