Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEA, Social Media, Display, E-Mail Marketing)
• Analysis of campaign data, monitoring of KPIs, and derivation of optimization measures
• Development of strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions
• Collaboration with creative and account teams to implement successful campaigns
• Budget planning and ensuring an efficient ROI
• Monitoring current trends in digital marketing and deriving innovative measures

Qualifications

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in agencies
• Profound knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics tools, and Marketing Automation
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and a feel for target groups
• Independent, structured way of working
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage
