Location: United States (VA, MD, NJ, NY preferred)
Employment Type: Full‑Time Remote / Hybrid
Salary: $65,000 – $73,000 + Placement Bonuses
Position Overview
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in travel nurse staffing and can effectively source, engage, and place nurses in contract roles across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit travel nurses for nationwide assignments
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and credential checks
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet placement and performance targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a travel nurse recruiter (required)
- Strong understanding of travel nursing contracts and compliance
- Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Must have reliable equipment and internet connection
