Treasury Project And System Manager H/F

About the Role

Within the Group Treasury team and under the responsibility of the Head of International Treasury and Systems, you will be part of a team of 4 people (2 for the international Treasury, 2 for the Treasury system) for a scope of 23 countries.

Responsibilities

Solution Co-ownership (40%):

• Strategy and monitoring of all information flows from/to the Treasury department (AllMyBanks, Fairways debt, Fairways change, Diapason Guarantees, Trustpair, FxAll, and e-banking solutions)
• Administration of the Treasury tools (users, referential, bank communication...)
• Management of procedures for Treasury Control, modus operandi for users, and workflows linked to the Treasury system management
• Deployment of best practices for the user community
• Drive continuous improvement linked to the treasury applications (rationalization, optimization opportunities, innovative solutions, regulatory change)
• Management of audit security in collaboration with IT department

Project Management (60%): (with focus on All My Banks deployment abroad)

• Implementation of relevant project management structures
• Monitoring the status of Treasury system project roadmap, identifying risks and gaps
• Defining and documenting the project scope and deliverables in a clear and concise manner
• Ensuring the right levels of communication and training of all stakeholders and users

Profile

• Finance degree, IS degree
• At least 2 years of experience with a consulting firm specialized in treasury, a first experience in corporate treasury or as a Project Manager with a background in Finance
• Solid knowledge and experience in Finance implementation projects (build and/or run)
• Proactive outlook: hands-on can do mentality, curious
• Adaptability and flexibility to work on various modes: run, maintenance and project.
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, planner), Microsoft Visio
• Customer oriented
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Cross-functional collaboration with different finance and IT teams in several countries
• Fluent in English and French
• Spanish or German appreciated.
