Your Role as a Beauty Advisor

• Interact with customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media, delivering first-class service.

• Handle e-commerce inquiries regarding returns, deliveries, and refunds.
• Provide personalized care recommendations and update databases.
• Process reports on health-related concerns.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Native-level German and very good English skills (B2 or higher).
