Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Advise on estate planning, tax strategies, and trust administration
• Manage probate and trust disputes, including litigation
• Oversee fiduciary accounting and tax filings
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• JD
• Active IL bar license
• 7+ years recent experience in trusts, estates, and probate law
• Expertise in estate/tax planning and fiduciary matters
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Litigation experience preferred
