TTG Solutions is seeking experienced Cyber Security Systems Engineers to lead and support diverse Assessment and Authorization (A&A) projects. We are looking for individuals with a robust background in cybersecurity, having experience bridging technical implementations with security compliance documentation.
Description
In this role, you will document security control implementations and gather necessary artifacts to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD 503 Security Accreditation efforts. You'll work closely with project teams to draft Systems Security Plans (SSP) and other critical A&A documents. You will coordinate with contractors and security organizations to navigate the A&A process, ensuring timely submissions for accreditation or extensions. Your responsibilities will also include tracking project progress, supporting A&A reviews, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.

Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications Requirements: 11 yrs - 15 yrs 11 mos
Required Skills
- Minimum of 11 years' experience in cyber security systems engineering
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and senior staff
- Familiarity with complex network environments involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves
- Proficiency in translating technical implementation into accessible security concepts
- Experience with documenting Systems Security Plans (SSP) and other A&A documents
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD 503 Security Accreditation
- Experience supporting Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) reviews and processes
- Coordination skills with contractors and customer security organizations
Optional Skills
- Previous ISSE or ISSO experience supporting similar projects
- Familiarity with security tools such as Greenlight, RoadRunner, Rapid 7, WebInspect, App Detective, and Splunk
- Experience with public, private and hybrid Cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
- Virtualization experience (VDI & VMWare)
- Knowledge of cloud security control implementation, PKI, STIG compliance, and vulnerability management
- Experience with Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)
- Certifications such as CISSP, GSLC, or AWS Certified Security Specialty
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office365
Clearance
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $180,000 - $218,000
- PTO: 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
- Retirement: 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
- Paid Benefits: Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
- Annual Bonuses: 3% to 5% annual bonuses.
- Cell Phone Stipend: $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
- Training Budget: 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
- New Hire Bonus: $5,000 new hire bonus
