UI Architect (React / AI-Driven UI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced UI Architect with deep expertise in modern front-end technologies and AI-driven user experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance UI platforms, integrating Generative AI capabilities to deliver intelligent and personalized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UI Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and maintainable UI platforms
• Define front-end technical strategy, standards, and reusable design patterns
• Ensure exceptional user experience across enterprise-scale applications
• Mentor development teams and guide architectural best practices

Front-End Development Expertise

• Build enterprise-grade applications using React (5+ years required)
• Work with modern frameworks like Next.js or Remix (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
• Apply strong knowledge of component architecture, state management, and modular design

AI-Augmented UI Development

• Integrate LLMs and Generative AI into UI applications
• Design intelligent user interfaces (conversational UI, adaptive UX, personalization)
• Develop AI-powered systems such as copilots, assistants, and smart design systems
• Implement inference-aware UI patterns (latency-sensitive rendering, streaming responses)

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Work with TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems
• Design cloud-based UI architectures (AWS preferred)
• Use Node.js for frontend platform enablement
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and quality gates

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering leads
• Ensure seamless system integration and end-to-end data flow
• Work with CMS platforms (Sitecore or headless CMS preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sitecore or headless CMS platforms
• Knowledge of AI safety and responsible AI principles
• Familiarity with analytics and telemetry for user behavior tracking

Managerial & Collaboration Skills

• Collaborate with IT delivery teams, architects, and project managers
• Ensure dependencies are managed across projects
• Define and document system integrations and technical specifications
