UI Architect (React)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UI Architect with strong expertise in React to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will define front-end architecture, guide development teams, and ensure best practices in UI development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and define front-end architecture using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Lead UI development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team
• Develop reusable, scalable, and high-quality UI components
• Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
