Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $52/hr on W2

Job Description

• Ø Strong experience in UI / Front-End Architecture with scalable, high-performance applications
• Ø 5+ years of React experience (enterprise-level applications)
• Ø 2+ years of Next.js or Remix (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
• Ø Deep knowledge of UI design, component architecture, state management
• Ø Strong skills in HTML, CSS, accessibility, browser performance, security
• Ø Experience in building large-scale, consumer-facing web applications
• Ø Experience with GenAI / LLM integration and AI-powered UI systems
• Ø Knowledge of prompt engineering and intelligent UI design (chatbots, assistants)
• Ø Ability to design adaptive, conversational, and personalized UI experiences
• Ø Understanding of AI safety, governance, and analytics/telemetry
• Ø Strong in TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, Node.js
• Ø Experience with AWS, cloud-based UI architecture, CI/CD, GitHub Actions
• Ø Experience with design systems, reusable components, and UI standards
• Ø Ability to architect, lead, and mentor teams on UI best practices
• Ø Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
