UI Designer / UX Designer / Product Designer

About

This is a part-time hybrid role for a UI Designer / UX Designer / Product Designer based in Zurich, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Crafting intuitive user interfaces
• Building interactive prototypes
• Developing mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research to optimize the user experience
• Contribute to front-end development where applicable

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating detailed Mockups
• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) principles
• Experience in Front-End Development and familiarity with modern tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within diverse teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus
• Understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills
