About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) UX/UI-Designer (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user-centered design concepts and enhancing our software products with a focus on usability, accessibility, and innovative user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design within B2B or software environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative, user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
• Proficiency in designing prototypes and wireframes that emphasize usability and accessibility.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and independently execute user-centered concepts, driving the iterative improvement of our software products through pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches.
• Rapidly immerse yourself in new, complex subject areas, analyze underlying relationships, and translate insights into clear, actionable UX concepts.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize design ideas, ensuring high usability standards and adherence to accessibility guidelines.
• Contribute to the design and continuous development of our products by generating innovative ideas and refining our design systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to align user needs with product strategies, analyzing complex situations independently to deliver optimal solutions.
