UI / UX Designer

**EINFÜHRUNG**: For our client, a leading proptech company that is revolutionising the real estate industry in a sustainable way and is located in Zurich, we are looking for an individual as • *UI / UX Designer • **: (Permanent employment, full time). The earliest start date is as soon as possible. • *AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback - Creating landing-pages for leadgeneration - Planning, implementation, evaluation and preparation of qualitative and quantitative user research & usability tests - Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes (for stakeholder discussions/approvals), user interface specifications, and final graphics with a strong visual design element - Planning and implementation of requirements workshops, design thinking workshops and design sprints - Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) - Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management team - Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience - Work closely with the marketing & technology team to strategize, conceptualize and design collaterals - Work within the brand guidelines to ensure org-wide consistency, and continuously explore and develop brand language • *ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Completed bachelor or master in the field of web, interaction design, or similar - Experience with popular design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch Adobe, or similar - Experience in building, maintaining and further developing design systems - Excellent methodical knowledge of user-centered design and agile software development - Portray a willingness to learn new tools within the Adobe Creative Suite and any other as applicable - Prior experience in print and digital media is an advantage - English is a must • *Application process**: Interested?
