UI- / UX-DESIGNER (M/W/D)

Your Responsibilities

• Development of UX concepts and prototypes for our digital products, from low- to high-fidelity
• Design and conception of user interfaces for diverse platforms and target groups (B2B and B2C), including websites with a focus on responsive design, apps with animations, seamless transitions, and native design patterns, as well as HMI solutions for our physical devices
• Close collaboration with our UX/UI Manager, who acts as a lead and sparring partner to jointly develop the overarching UX vision
• Independent and proactive work as a design resource in cross-functional product teams, in close cooperation with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and other stakeholders
• Understanding and practical application of Design Thinking methods
• Pixel-perfect and development-ready handover of the design to development
• Continuous further development and implementation of a uniform design system to ensure consistent designs across different projects, including D.
