Responsibilities

• Design the core experience of Trovex where sales professionals:
  • Practice conversations with AI
  • Receive coaching and feedback
  • Track improvement over time
  • Learn through a modern, interactive platform

Requirements

• Final‑year student or recent graduate from a top design college
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles and interaction design
• Hands‑on experience with tools like Figma, Canva, and modern design platforms (e.g., Stitch or similar)
• Ability to design complete product experiences, not just isolated screens
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual design and usability
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Portfolio shows clean, modern product interfaces
• Experience working in early‑stage startups
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries
• Interest in AI products or intelligent interfaces
