We are looking for a creative and product-minded UI/UX Designer with a strong inclination toward AI-enabled design workflows to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences for web and mobile applications.

This role blends human-centered design thinking with AI-assisted design exploration, enabling faster ideation, rapid prototyping, and more efficient design iterations. The ideal candidate combines strong UX judgment with modern design tools to translate complex product requirements into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Enhanced Design & Product Experience

• Design intuitive and visually cohesive user experiences for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).

• Use AI-powered tools and generative design workflows to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and prototyping.

• Convert product requirements and user insights into clear design solutions, structured interfaces, and scalable systems.

• Apply strong human-centered design judgment to refine AI-assisted outputs into production-ready experiences.

User Research & Experience Strategy

• Conduct user research and usability discovery to understand behavioral patterns, user needs, and product friction points.

• Translate research insights into personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement across the product ecosystem.

Interface Design & Design Systems

• Create high-quality UI designs, component libraries, and scalable design systems.

• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.

• Define interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and motion behaviors to enhance usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly, ensuring alignment between product goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.

• Participate in iterative product development cycles including design reviews, feedback loops, and usability validation.

Continuous Improvement & Iteration

• Drive iterative design improvements based on user feedback, testing insights, and product analytics.

• Optimize design workflows through AI-enabled productivity tools and structured design processes.

• Contribute to improving overall design efficiency, documentation, and collaboration practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.

• Proven experience designing web and mobile application interfaces.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including Figma Make, components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems).

• Exposure or interest in AI-assisted design tools (such as generative design workflows) is a plus.

• Strong written communication skills to translate product intent into clear prompts, design inputs, and documentation.

• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles, and design thinking frameworks.

• Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

• Knowledge of interaction design, motion design, and micro-interactions.

• Ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
