We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experiences that drive our success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll gather insights, develop prototypes, and refine designs to meet user needs and business goals. Position Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing designs
- Conduct user research and gather feedback
- Develop wireframes and prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Test and iterate on designs based on user input
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Expertise in responsive design principles
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of color theory and typography
- Ability to create interactive prototypes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Experience with motion design or animations
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Strong storytelling and presentation abilities
- Understanding of emerging design trends and technologies
