Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging AI-powered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to design seamless and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for AI-powered applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility

• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

• Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance user interactions with AI-driven insights, chatbots, and automation

• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products

• Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences

• Optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-driven design methodologies, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in AI-driven applications

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility

• Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• Experience working with AI-enhanced UI features, data visualization, or conversational interfaces is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience designing AI-driven user experiences or chatbot interfaces

• Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

• Preferred skills include AI UX best practices, ethical considerations in AI-driven design, and principles of human-AI interaction

• Proficiency in AI-powered personalization, LLM-based UI experiences, and designing for AI-driven decision-making to align with emerging trends
