UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and design of the user experience for systems and products in the areas of application, web applications, and e-commerce.
• Support of projects from conception through production to quality assurance with a focus on excellent usability and innovative design following the 'User first' approach.
• Conducting user research, user studies, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior.
• Strategic problem analysis and definition, as well as close collaboration with developers, testers, product managers, business owners, and other stakeholders.
• UX/UI development through graphic representation and prototypical implementation, adhering to design guidelines as well as utilizing and further developing the existing design library.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in usability and UX methods as well as a wide range of graphic and conceptual skills.
• Good understanding of software ergonomics and a high affinity for technology.
• Solid knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in an agile environment.

Education

• Completed degree in Media Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a comparable program with a focus on Design, Usability, User Experience, or Design Thinking.
