The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can own the end‑to‑end experience for both employers and candidates. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact position reporting directly to the founders. You’ll shape the visual language, interaction patterns, and design systems that make complex hiring workflows feel intuitive and trustworthy.
Location: Remote (India) – flexible hours, collaboration across time zones.
What You’ll Do

Who You Are
