UI/UX Designer

Our client is looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote product development team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define the user experience strategy. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals. Work in partnership with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and digital product development. Present design solutions to stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
