Job Description
As part of the development of business digital products for one of our major clients, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer.
You will work in close collaboration with the Lead UX, Product Owners, and technical teams, actively contributing to the quality, consistency, and performance of digital interfaces.
You will be involved in the entire UX/UI design cycle and your missions will include:
Research & Scoping
- Conduct user interviews and UX tests
- Facilitate UX workshops (co-design, ideation, etc.)
- Analyze usage and identify areas for improvement
UX/UI Design
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups (low to high fidelity)
- Define optimized user flows and journeys
- Write detailed functional and UX specifications (HMI)
Design System
- Design, structure, and evolve a robust and scalable design system
- Create and document reusable components in Figma
- Ensure multi-product consistency within a complex environment
- Support teams in the adoption and proper use of the design system
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure handoff of mockups to development teams
- Perform Design QA and monitor implementation
- Contribute to microcopy and the overall quality of the experience
- Monitor UX KPIs and participate in UX debt management (RUN)
Profile
With higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design in a role of similar scope.
Significant experience in creating and managing large-scale design systems, ideally in complex environments (large groups, business products, IS, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, variants, prototyping), you also have solid expertise in: prototyping and interface design, component documentation and UI best practices, accessibility (RGAA), and eco-design (RGESN).
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum environments
