UI/UX Designer (Figma, Motion & Taste-Driven Design) - Internship

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using Figma

2. Create and work with SVG assets, icons, and scalable visuals

3. Add subtle animations and micro-interactions that make products feel alive

4. Understand client requirements and translate them into meaningful design solutions

5. Approach problems from a user-first perspective (not just what looks good, but what works)

6. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders

7. Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and real-world usage

Other Requirements:

1. Strong sense of UI taste with the ability to identify inconsistencies in design

2. Hands-on experience with Figma including components, auto layout, and design systems

3. Understanding of UX principles and user behaviour

4. Basic knowledge of animations and transitions with awareness of micro-interactions

5. Ability to think from the user’s perspective rather than only following client briefs

6. Good communication skills to understand and explain design decisions

7. Curious mindset with a continuous desire to learn

8. Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and explore new ideas

9. Focus on solving real user problems rather than only creating visually appealing designs

10. Sense of ownership with an inclination to improve design decisions

11. Genuine passion for design beyond just using tools

12. Experience working with developers with an understanding of handoff and constraints

13. Exposure to design systems or branding

14. Basic understanding of front-end concepts including HTML, CSS, and React mindset

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 2,500 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,500 - 5,000 /month

• Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 500000/year
