Your Mission - What to Expect

• Conception and design of the user experience for systems and products in the areas of applications, web applications, and e-commerce
• Accompanying projects from conception through production to quality assurance with a focus on excellent usability and innovative design according to the "User First" approach
• Conducting user research, user studies, and usability tests to gain insights into user behavior
• Strategic problem analysis and definition, as well as close collaboration with developers, testers, product managers, business owners, and other stakeholders
• UX/UI development through graphical representation and prototypical implementation, taking into account design guidelines, as well as using and further developing the existing design library

Your Profile - What You Bring

• Completed degree in Media Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Design, Usability, User Experience, or Design Thinking
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in an agile environment
• Broad know-how in usability and UX methods, as well as a wide range of graphical and conceptual skills
• Good understanding of software ergonomics and high technical affinity
• Sound knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
