Your Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and design of intuitive user interfaces for complex web applications in the enterprise environment
• Communication with clients and partner companies
• Conducting client workshops
• Close collaboration with development teams
• Creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides

What you bring to the table

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer and possess knowledge of the technologies listed below
• Experience with Figma or similar tools, experience with HTML/CSS and CSS frameworks
• Passion for high-quality software solutions
• Nice to have: JavaScript; understanding of web frontend application development with Angular
• Innovation and solution orientation, and team player
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Compensation

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. This starts at EUR 3,954,- gross per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
