Als Teil unseres Public & Energy Transformation Teams hilfst du Organisationen dabei, sowohl ihre Arbeit als auch ihre Arbeitsweise grundlegend zu verändern, um ihren Platz in der Zukunft zu sichern. Du berätst und begleitest bspw. Bund, Länder, Kommunen, öffentliche Unternehmen, Hochschulen oder gemeinnützige Vereine z.B. zu Themen rund um die Digitalisierung, Energiewende, Mobilität oder den demografischen Wandel. What to expect

• Measurable Impact - You work in our cross-functional team, hand in hand with teams from business, technology, and consulting in the Public Sector & Energy area, to understand societal challenges and implement the best solution directly into reality.
• Diverse Range of Tasks - We offer you a varied and exciting range of tasks as well as active participation in a dynamic team. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects within PwC's Team PET AI Tech-Hub and have the opportunity to take responsibility for your respective area of expertise.
• User-Centric Design - Development of user-centric interaction and product design concepts.
• User Research & Testing - Conducting user analyses and usability tests.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration - Collaboration with development and product management to ensure optimal user experiences.

What you bring

• Completed studies in Design, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable degree program.
• Experience in designing digital products (ideally with a focus on data- and AI-driven interfaces), conceptual skills at the product and experience level, and a strong understanding of visual design.
• Professional handling of design and prototyping tools (Figma, AI Prototyping Tools).
• Confidence in presenting design concepts, planning and moderating design workshops, and conducting design sprints.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies for close collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge in building design systems.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Collaborative as well as independent work and strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, innovative spirit, and empathy for user needs.
