Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centric designs that not only look great but also drive conversions and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, especially in the DTC and B2B eCommerce sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Strong understanding of DTC and B2B eCommerce platforms and their unique design challenges.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
