UI/UX Designer

About Cloudcure

Cloudcure is a Canadian telehealth company specializing in GLP-1 and weight management care. We connect patients with licensed nurse practitioners across multiple provinces through our digital platform. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the patient and provider experience as we scale.

The Role

This is a part-time contract position (10-15 hours/week) fully remote. You will work directly with our product and development team to improve the patient-facing platform and internal clinical tools.

What You Will Do

• Design and iterate on patient-facing flows (onboarding eligibility consultations prescriptions)
• Improve the provider dashboard used by our clinical team
• Create wireframes prototypes and production-ready UI designs
• Conduct lightweight usability reviews and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of UI/UX design experience ideally in health tech SaaS or patient-facing products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (not just marketing/branding)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for mobile-first responsive web applications
• Comfortable working async in a small fast-moving team
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Bonus: experience with telehealth EMR or regulated health platforms
