Rquirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to be onsite in Ft. Meade, MD up to five days per week as per client needs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with a bachelors degree in a related discipline substituting for 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS principles.

Your responsibilities are:

• Offer user interface and user experience design support for Government systems by translating mission and functional needs into effective, accessible, and coherent designs.
• Execute user research, workflow analysis, and usability assessments to guide design choices and validate system usability in collaboration with Government stakeholders.
• Create and maintain UI/UX documentation, encompassing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design standards, ensuring alignment with Government accessibility mandates (like Section 508) and accepted design protocols.
• Partner with Government and contractor teams to aid in system development, integration, testing, and change management, providing necessary UI/UX documentation and outputs.
