UI/UX Designer (with Strong Graphic Design Expertise)

- Design clean, modern, and intuitive UI screens with a strong focus on usability and user experience - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms - Develop visually compelling graphics, icons, illustrations, and design assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Ensure consistency in design systems, layouts, and visual language across products - Apply strong design principles including layout, hierarchy, spacing, and alignment - Use color theory and typography effectively to enhance usability and visual appeal - Collaborate closely with product managers & developers to deliver user-centered solutions - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and UI design systems

You should have 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and graphic design work. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is required. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices is essential. Additionally, exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and consistency are necessary. Solid grasp of color theory, typography, and layout design is expected. Experience creating custom graphics, icons, and visual assets from scratch is important. Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant design solutions and strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.

It would be good to have experience with motion design or micro-interactions, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design feasibility, familiarity with design systems and component libraries, and experience working in agile environments.
