HexErgy is a cleantech startup building the infrastructure for decentralized energy. Our SaaS platform enables the creation, management, and scaling of energy communities globally, simplifying complex regulatory and operational processes into a seamless digital experience.

We are now entering a key phase of growth and rebranding of HexErgy platform , and we’re looking for a design leader to shape the next generation of our product.

Who you are

We’re looking for a Senior SaaS UI/UX Designer with a strong product mindset and leadership attitude.

You don’t just design screens you:

• define structure
• bring clarity to complexity
• apply best practices
• and drive execution

You are comfortable working with product and dev teams, prioritizing what matters, and transforming a platform into a scalable, intuitive, and high-impact user experience .

You must speak Italian and have experience in SaaS products .

What you will do

You will lead the UX/UI evolution and rebranding of HexErgy , working closely with product and engineering. Your role includes:

• Leading the UX/UI redesign of the platform (rebranding phase)
• Applying best practices in SaaS UX/UI
• Working with product leaders to prioritize features and flows
• Translating complex processes into simple and intuitive experiences
• Designing wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborating with developers for accurate implementation
• Improving existing UX through continuous iteration
• Building and evolving a design system
• Contributing to product and brand consistency

Your profile

• 3+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS products
• Strong portfolio (real products, not just visuals)
• Experience working with product & engineering teams
• Advanced use of tools like Figma (or similar)
• Strong understanding of UX principles and flows
• Ability to structure and prioritize design work
• Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have

• Experience in complex platforms / dashboards
• Experience in rebranding or product redesign
• Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
• Experience in cleantech / energy / marketplaces
