About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Specialist to serve as the design anchor for Nesto Cloud. In this role, you will lead the execution of new feature development and oversee the modernization of our entire ecosystem. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, user‑centered designs that enhance user experience across all B2B applications. You will be responsible for governing the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring every user interaction is rooted in psychological insights and interface harmony. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will translate business requirements into compelling visual and interactive solutions that make a measurable impact on how thousands of users engage with our platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Finance or Real Estate is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools for creating low to high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and data‑driven design rationale.
  • Experience in ecosystem architecture, including designing and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
  • Ability to lead the transition from design to development, ensuring governance and product consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience auditing and updating legacy interfaces to align with modern user experience standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive component library and design system to ensure consistency across all B2B applications.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design process for new features and epics, from ideation and user flows to high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic recommendations on feature development and product roadmaps.
  • Audit existing legacy interfaces and implement updates to enhance usability and meet industry standards.
  • Ensure ecosystem alignment by creating seamless integrations and a cohesive user experience across platforms.
  • Govern the SDLC process, maintaining strict design governance and ensuring product harmony from conception to deployment.
  • Utilize psychological insights and interface harmony principles to optimize user flows and interface interactions.
  • Collaborate with developers to transition designs into functional products, maintaining quality and consistency.
