The ideal candidate will also bring robust healthcare business analysis experience, demonstrating a clear understanding of clinical and operational workflows within the healthcare environment.
The position is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of assigned applications, their architecture, software components, and any interdependencies within the clients technology landscape. The role demands the ability to work independently, drive initiatives to completion, and lead all aspects of application implementation and ongoing support — including system components, configuration, testing, documentation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in UKG Timekeeping and Configuration, with the ability to analyze existing setups, identify root causes of system issues, and propose well-defined changes (X, Y, Z) to meet business requirements.
- Listen to stakeholder requests for system changes, critically evaluate underlying issues, and translate those findings into actionable configuration updates and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance on best practices within the UKG platform.
- Provide strong analytical insight and healthcare-specific business analysis to ensure solutions are tailored to the unique needs of clinical and operational users.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks including scope, requirements, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.
- Independently manage assigned responsibilities and demonstrate a self‑driven approach to meeting individual deliverables and timelines without requiring close supervision.
- Perform and document system configuration changes, execute unit testing, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Monitor and support the performance of TimeKeep and related business systems, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation for new processes, test results, and system updates, adhering to standard testing and deployment procedures.
