Fed Finance Assurance is a recruitment firm dedicated to the insurance and social protection sectors. We are looking for an Insurance Agency Collaborator (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Rennes.

Responsibilities

Within an agency, ideally located in a lively neighborhood, you will join a dynamic team and take on various missions, from handling customer phone calls to underwriting and managing property and casualty insurance contracts (IARD).

Your missions include:

• Handling customer reception, analyzing their needs, and proposing suitable IARD insurance contracts.
• Performing all contract management operations.
• Managing the opening of claims files, assessing responsibilities, and authorizing coverage.
• Informing the Manager about customer needs.
• Implementing commercial actions at the point of sale: phone follow-ups, participating in challenges, etc.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you hold a BTS in Insurance and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency, a call center, or a management/back-office department.
• You enjoy customer relations and portfolio management, and you are familiar with Auto and Home insurance products.
• You are dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy teamwork.
• Above all, you have excellent customer service skills and a strong team spirit!
