Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • UC Architect OIG and BLS – VOIP & Rich Media - Cisco & Microsoft Team and all supplementary applications such as EFAX, ICAST etc
  • Planning, Design Implementation Lead for all UC Projects including Cisco to Team Migration
  • New E911 Integration for Intrado & Redsky (PIDFLO)
  • Operations Tier 3/4 Escalation for VoIP & Rich Media
  • SBC – CUBE design, implementation and operations
  • SBC integration for Genesys CCaaS
  • 365 integration for Cisco SBC – Direct Routing
