Your team

As part of Wealth Planning Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering best-in-class, holistic advice solutions that form the foundation of Julius Baer’s wealth planning offering. Our team serves as the central competence hub for Wealth Planning product expertise, business strategy, and client-facing innovation—driving value across Life Insurance, Account Solutions, and integrated financial structuring.

The successful candidate will support the development and promotion of our comprehensive Wealth Planning activities, contributing to client engagement activities across regions. You will collaborate closely with Wealth Planners, Product Specialists, and stakeholders across Global Product & Solutions (GPS) to ensure seamless integration of Wealth Planning into holistic client conversations.

You will also drive strategic projects focused on enhancing our offering framework and platforms — especially advancing the functionality and adoption of the 360 Planner platform, designing innovative solution concepts, and identifying best-in-class external partners (including legal, tax, insurance, and lifestyle service providers) to strengthen our end-to-end client proposition.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Holistic advice framework development

• Play an active role in scaling our “Holistic Advice” initiative and driving the evolution of the 360 Planner platform—a core tool enabling advisors to structure comprehensive client plans

• Collaborate on the technical design, testing, and global rollout of platform features—with particular focus on adapting functionalities to meet regulatory and market-specific demands in key locations such as the UK

• Take ownership of tracking and analyzing ongoing platform developments, ensuring they align with current and future business needs

• Help developing our AI-enhanced platform for external providers

• Offering mgmt

• Understand and support the management & development of the WP product suite

• Assist in reinforcing governance structures for wealth planning offerings, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulations

• Contribute to risk mitigation and audit resolution efforts, helping address findings and implement sustainable corrective actions

• Strategy/Business Management

• Support strategic initiatives for Wealth Planning, ranging from growth initiatives to risk/compliance-led programs

• Prepare data-driven analyses and presentations for leadership forums and steering committees, supporting informed decision-making

• Monitor and report on the progress of key initiatives where WPS acts as product owner, maintaining project timelines and accountability

• Stakeholder Management

• Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment

• Help engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of expert services to our clients

• Help coordinate projects with multiple senior stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• **Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Natural…
