This job offer is valid nationwide. You will work on-site at the client's premises and optionally in our main office in Cologne, at the Munich branch office and other regional offices, or remotely.

What Awaits You?

• You will holistically analyze companies in the upper mid-market across all industries as part of our concept development.
• You will conduct financial analyses of companies and corporate groups.
• You will be involved in the financial aspects of creating IDW S6 expert opinions, IBRs, and business concepts.
• You will create and validate liquidity plans.
• You will develop integrated financial plans for companies, derive financing needs, and design suitable financing solutions.
• You will prepare financial reports, e.g., for reporting to financiers.
• You will provide operational support to our clients' controlling departments, including setting up KPI analyses.
• You will further develop your competence profile – generalistically in business model development and implementation management.
• You will acquire methodological and leadership competence to effectively implement our concepts.

What You Should Bring?

• You hold a Master's degree from the top group of your university or a renowned institution, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• Alternatively, you have an excellent Bachelor's degree combined with additional qualifications, such as a dual study program or vocational training.
• You have relevant practical experience through extracurricular engagement and initial experience in corporate consulting, corporate finance, controlling, auditing, or investment banking.
• You have German language skills at least at C1 level and fluent English skills.
• You are mobile and willing to accompany projects nationwide and occasionally internationally.
• You demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility and to develop quickly.
• You enjoy working in a team and on an equal footing with clients and stakeholders.
• You are characterized by curiosity and a high willingness to learn.
