ERP Software Developer (Business Central)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and validate high-quality software components within ERP product suites.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve usability and efficiency.
• Explore new capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and apply them to product enhancements.
• Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Contribute to code quality through testing strategies, including automated test development and execution.
• Expand product expertise to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful solutions.
• Engage in ongoing learning initiatives and knowledge sharing to elevate both individual and team performance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including hands-on development using AL.
• Strong background in ERP system development and implementation across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks within Business Central environments.
• Strong background in ERP system development and implementation across multiple projects. (make emphasis on K-12 ERP, the one used for schools, nonprofits, and public sector.)
• Ability to create, manage and integrate AI agents into their work.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
