Required Skills & Experience

• 5 10+ years of experience in:
  • Product Management / Product Ownership
  • Project Management (insurance or insurtech preferred)
• Strong knowledge of life insurance lifecycle:
  • Policy administration
  • Underwriting
  • Issuance and servicing
• Experience with:
  • Final Expense / Simplified Issue products
  • Digital life insurance platforms (Ethos, Ladder, Haven Life models)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Policy administration systems
  • Carrier integrations
  • API-based architectures
• Familiarity with:
  • ACORD standards and insurance data exchange
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
