AI Agent Engineer – AWS Bedrock & SDLC Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using AWS Bedrock, including multi-agent orchestration patterns and tool integrations.
• Identify high-impact SDLC bottlenecks and deploy agents to automate planning, coding, testing, review, and deployment workflows.
• Define and mature an Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC): prompt engineering, evaluation, versioning, and monitoring standards.
• Integrate agents with developer tooling (CI/CD, ticketing, code repositories, observability platforms).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather requirements and iterate on agent capabilities.
• Establish guardrails, safety checks, and cost controls for production agent deployments.
• Document architectures, agent behaviors, and operational runbooks; contribute to internal AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience; proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails) or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices: CI/CD, code review workflows, testing strategies, and DevOps tooling.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, IAM.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or AWS Bedrock multi-agent orchestration.
