About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure projects are delivered within scope.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAfe Agile (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
