About the role
Overview
We need a freelance recruiter with headhunting experience to urgently find experienced sales engineers in the UAE focused on industrial & electromechanical equipment, machinery, spares, and consumables sales.
Scope of Work
- Identify and contact potential sales engineer candidates with relevant industry experience, strong contacts & network with potential customer base.
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet sales & technical knowledge requirements and shortlist those who are ready to join immediately.
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Additional Information
Only Upwork experts with exposure and experience in headhunting exactly matching technical sales engineer candidates relevant to our industry should send proposals. Others will not be considered.
