System Analyst (Enterprise Integration)

The analyst will assess how information moves across procurement, finance, payroll/time tracking, inventory, and operational systems to uncover gaps and optimization opportunities. This position is well-suited for a seasoned analyst who can rapidly assess current-state integrations, uncover inefficiencies, and clearly articulate the practical implications of maintaining versus replacing existing systems. Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze interactions between systems, including data exchanges and process handoffs.
• Identify redundant data entry points, manual interventions, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Evaluate system interdependencies and clarify ownership of key data elements across platforms.
• Support cross-functional analysis involving procurement, finance, payroll, and operational systems.
• Surface integration risks, constraints, and considerations relevant to implementation planning.
• Translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application environments, or integration-focused roles.
• Strong background in documenting system interactions, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise systems related to finance, procurement, HR, payroll, or operations.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
• Exposure to facilities management or asset-focused platforms such as CMMS, IWMS, or EAM systems.
• Familiarity with Archibus (Eptura) and/or PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience working within the public sector, healthcare, or higher education settings.
